Neil Jacobs-Wilmerhale-Partner, Lead Lawyer- Boston Celtics-Co Founder- is a partner at the law firm of WilmerHale. Mr. Jacobs specializes in employment and labor law, and he has advised many of the Firm’s major clients. Mr. Jacobs is outside team counsel for the National Basketball Association’s Boston Celtics and acts as pro bono counsel for the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation. Mr. Jacobs has coached AAU Basketball for players ages 11 through 13. Mr. Jacobs also has been an instructor at the Red Auerbach Basketball School. Mr. Jacobs has done extensive pro bono work for not-for-profit clients of WilmerHale. He has served as the Trustee at the Meadowbrook School of Weston (a private elementary school); the Fessenden School of Newton (a junior boarding school); and the Marine Biological Laboratory at Woods Hole. He has taught employment law as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University Law School and taught courses on ethics at Deerfield Academy. Mr. Jacobs was one of the founders of The3PointFoundation.
Wyc Grousbeck- Owner/ Governor of the Boston Celtics- is Chief Executive Officer, National Basketball League Governor and Co-owner of the National Basketball Association’s Boston Celtics. Prior to becoming CEO of the Celtics, Mr. Grousbeck was a partner at a venture capital firm Highland Partners. Mr. Grousbeck graduated from Princeton University, earned a law degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University. In January, 2010, Mr. Grousbeck became the Chairman of the Board of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, a teaching hospital of the Harvard Medical School. Mr. Grousbeck serves on numerous not-for-profit boards including Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, Perkins School for the Blind, National Braille Press and Loveland Special Needs Program. Mr. Grousbeck is also a founder of the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation.
Steve Pagliuca- Boston Celtics Co Owner- is a private equity investor and managing partner of Bain Capital and a co-owner of the Boston Celtics. Mr. Pagliuca received a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Pagliuca is Chair of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Children. He is also active with several nonprofit institutions, including chairing the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation which helps children gain access to housing, healthcare and other services in partnership with local charities. Mr. Pagliuca is also a trustee of Bain Capital Children’s Charity. In recognition of his work with charities, in 2005, Mr. Pagliuca received the bright star award from President William Clinton.
Jim Pallotta- Boston Celtics Co Owner/ Chairman and Managing Director of Raptor Group-Mr. Pallotta began his professional career at Essex Investment Management Company, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts. He joined Essex in 1983 as a Vice President and began directing client capital in January 1987. In 1989, Mr. Pallotta became a senior Vice President and Director of Research and was appointed to the board of directors of Essex in 1990.
Mr. Pallotta joined Tudor Investment Corporation as the Managing Director of the U.S. Equity Securities Group in 1993. He became a member of the Management Committee in 1996 and was named Vice-Chairman in 2005. He also served as a Director, Executive Manager and member of the Capital Allocation Committee of Tudor Group Holdings. While at Tudor, Mr. Pallotta served as the principal portfolio manager for the Raptor Global Funds, which he launched in 1993 with $200 million in assets under management. At the peak, Mr. Pallotta was responsible for managing in excess of $11 billion of assets under the Raptor strategy. Mr. Pallotta played an integral role with respect to Tudor’s efforts in direct and co-investments in private equity and third party hedge funds. He served as one of three members on Tudor Ventures’ Investment Committee. In 2009, Mr. Pallotta spun out from Tudor and founded Raptor Group, a Boston-based investment management firm. In his portfolio management role at Raptor Capital Management LP, he manages individual, institutional and his own personal capital.Mr. Pallotta is a member of the executive boards of the Boston Celtics and AS Roma. He is also a member of the boards of certain charitable organizations including Berklee College of Music, Institute of Contemporary Art, and The Children’s Hospital Trust.Mr. Pallotta received a BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA with concentration in accounting from Northeastern University.
Peter Palandjian- is Chairman and CEO of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation with primary responsibility for investment strategy and investor relations. Intercontinental has built, developed, managed and owned over $5 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Intercontinental in 1993, Mr. Palandjian worked as an assistant to the CEO of Staples, Inc. Mr. Palandjian has also been active on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards. He presently serves as a board member of the Board of Overseers of the Boston Symphony Orchestra; Board of Overseers for the Boys and Girls Club of Boston; Dana Farber Cancer Institute; the International Tennis Hall of Fame; Sovereign Bank New England Advisory Board; and the Taubman Center at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Palandjian earned his BA from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Executive Officer/ Co Founder
Previously owned and operated Sportsfuzion and Regional Manager of Sales for a number of national companies including Verizon, Arch Wireless and ADP. A former Director of Basketball Operations at Boston University, Mr. Mirken has coached basketball for 23 years starting at his alma mater Newton North. He has also coached at Cambridge Rindge and Latin and with the BABC – one of New England’s top AAU teams. He moved on to be head coach at Westwood High School, where he won over 60% of his games and was named Coach of the Year in 1999 after his team won two TVL Titles in 3 years. Mr. Mirken has also coached in the Bay State Games and was the director of a coed basketball summer camp in Westwood. He has been the Head Boys Basketball Coach at the Rivers School in Weston for the past 5 years. He has led his team to 4 straight playoffs and last year a runner up in the New England Finals.

Coach Claude Pritchard has over eightteen (18) years experience training high school, NBA and European basketball players. Coach Pritchard has now started his own AAU basketball program; Team Boston Elite. Coach Pritchard also adds an international element, as he coached the 2004 Boston Hurricanes to a National American Chinese Basketball Association (NACBA) National Title.
